A Human Approach

CHALLENGE 24: By the time our attendees get to the mid afternoon sessions on our education day, they’re reaching overload and we’re not confident they’re absorbing important information.

SOLUTION:    People glaze over when they’re sitting all day experiencing power point presentation after power point presentation.  While the content is likely rich, if your delivery is not interactive the message won’t stick.  Chinese proverb:  Tell me and I will forget.  Show me and I will remember.  Involve me and I will understand.  Step back and I will act.”  Incorporate the light box to involve people in creating a message they’ll own and put on their desk (or kitchen counter).  The light box is an ideal coaching tool to stay connected with participants to update their self-directed key learning.
